Hello and welcome to the tenth episode of the Academic Technology Podcast. I'm Kimberly Hayworth, the manager of Academic Computing's Consulting and Multimedia Services group.

The Summer 2006 Campus Technology Conference will be held
July 31st through August 3rd, 2006 in Boston, Massachusetts
The focus of the conference is on how higher education leaders can drive change and technology initiatives on campus. Sessions will fall into one of 10 clusters addressing these issues:

The Educause Annual Conference will be held in Dallas, Texas October 9th through the 12th, 2006
Focused on the theme “Spurring Innovation and Marshalling Resources,” the diverse program offers a variety of ways to gather information, engage with peers in the higher education IT community, and hear from leading figures in the field—including preconference seminars; track sessions; poster sessions; small group meetings; corporate exhibits, presentations, and workshops.

The Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education Conferences include
E-Learn 2006 a world Conference on E-Learning in Corporate, Government, Healthcare and Higher Education.
E-Learn will be held in Honolulu, Hawaii October 13th through the 17th of 2006
The Final call for presentations for this conference is August 15th, 2006.
